    Here at Fungi Fitness we have our own independent Yoga Instructor.
    Claire has been practicing Yoga for well over 10 years; she is BSY qualified and runs multiple classes at Fungi Fitness.
    Yoga is a great to release stress and to relax, stretch your tired, tight aching muscles. It has great health benefits too, lower blood pressure and improving posture and core stability.
    Yoga is proven to tone key areas such as arms, legs, bums and tums! It is also a fantastic class for athletes to improve muscle function and reduce the risk of injury.
    Like all of our classes at Fungi Fitness they are open and available to all walks of life. Any age, any ability.
    Claire is trained in teaching Hatha and Lyengor Yoga.
    Yoga is recommended by all of our trainers for relaxation and improvement in core strength and stability.
